In s3 There are 10 Power Scrolls. Power scrolls are really dangerous by the way. it made to do destructions. Its gives you a new magical fighting experience in game. Its good to make new world or just make the backup of your World. You can use it for pvp. You can understand by scrolls names or watch the video below. for quick info. You can also make a shop with command block and exchange it with in game currency like Emeralds.
